Bacon-Cheese Pull-Aparts

This is a great breakfast casserole that is easy and fast to make; the kind of recipe I love. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and another 30 minutes to bake in the oven. Its a great meal on the go and I love, love. love it. Here's the recipe. Try it and tell me what you think.

Bacon-Cheese Pull-Aparts

Ingredients:
1 Egg
2 tablespoons of Milk
1 (16.3 oz) can of Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
1 (2.1 oz) pkg of precooked bacon
3 oz (3/4 cup) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup of finely chopped onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray glass baking dish with cooking spray (or I just put the glass dish in the oven with butter inside so it can melt, if I don't have any cooking spray). In a large bowl beat egg and milk until smooth. Then separate the dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into quarts. Then still the biscuit pieces into the egg mixture and coat evenly. Next take your crumbled cooked bacon, onions and shredded cheese and combine with the egg mixture in the large bowl and mix all together. Then place all the ingredients in the glass baking dish, put in the oven and bake for 23-28 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares, if you would like.... and Enjoy.
